Jinjoo Baek graduated at the top of her class from Busan Arts Middle School and Busan Arts High School, studying under Professors gooJa Bae and Sung-Hoon Hwang, and received the school’s Music Prize. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Music degree with honors from the Korea National University of Arts, where she studied with Professors Jinsang Lee and Yoohyun Lee.
She later moved to Germany to pursue graduate studies at the University of Music and Theatre “Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy” Leipzig, completing her Master’s degree with highest distinction under the guidance of Gerald Fauth and Dasol Kim.
Baek is currently simultaneously enrolled in the Konzertexamen program at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen (class of Hisako Kawamura) and the Artist Diploma program at the École Normale de Musique de Paris (class of Marc Laforêt), further deepening and refining her artistic vision.
From an early age, she completed the Busan Metropolitan City Gifted Arts Program and received the Superintendent’s Award. She has been recognized for her exceptional musicality by winning first prizes in major Korean competitions, including the grand prize at the Music World Competition, as well as top prizes at competitions hosted by the Korea Music Association, Music Education Research Society, KSME, Pusan National University, Gimhae International Music Festival, Busan National University of Education, and Busan Arts High School.
Baek has also distinguished herself on the international stage. She is the Grand Prix winner of the Tallinn International Competition in Estonia and has received first prizes at the London International Competition and the Fanny Mendelssohn International Competition, in addition to being a finalist at the Eppan Piano Academy. She has further broadened her musical horizons through masterclasses with world-renowned artists such as Arie Vardi, Akiko Ebi, Andrea Bonatta, Pavel Gililov, Jacques Rouvier, Antti Siirala, and others.
She has performed as a soloist with the Busan Sinfonietta, the Bulgarian Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Altenburg-Gera Philharmonic Orchestra in Germany. In 2022, she was selected as a scholarship recipient of the Beate-Graefe Foundation in Germany.
Her performance engagements include appearances at the Korea National University of Arts 25th Anniversary Piano Orchestra Concert, Schumann House Leipzig, Altes Rathaus Klangpause, Steingraeber Junge Meisterpianisten Konzert, The House Concert 24-hour Project (2024), July Festival, and the ArteWith Monthly Artist Series.

Originally from a small town in central Virginia, American pianist Robert Brooks Carlson began playing piano at the age of eight. Now, Robert performs extensively throughout the United States and Europe as both a recital soloist and chamber musician.
Robert’s 2025/26 season features appearances on the Dame Myra Hess Concert Series of Chicago, NYC’s Little Island series at The Grove (curated by Jeremy Denk and Conor Hanick), and numerous chamber appearances throughout New York City. Recent highlights feature guest appearances at the Seattle International Piano Festival and Liliane Questal Recital Series (formerly Rising Stars). Notable collaborations include performances alongside distinguished artists such as Alexander Fiterstein, Alexi Kenney, Jennifer Culp, Julio Elizalde, and Vicki Powell. Recently, he has appeared at Music Academy of the West, Olympic Music Festival, and the Gilmore Piano Festival.
Currently, Robert resides in New York City where he is a Doctor of Musical Arts candidate at the CUNY Graduate Center and instructor of piano at Hunter College. Since 2020, Robert has studied with the renowned pianist Soyeon Kate Lee, who has shaped the artist, teacher, and person he is today. Robert is a prize winner at the National Federation of Music Clubs Competition, as well as the President’s Prizewinner at the Seattle International Piano Competition. Significant influences include Jeremy Denk, Conor Hanick, and Julio Elizalde, and previous full-time teachers include Paulo Steinberg, Emily Yap Chua and Nicholas Ross.
Prior to his move to New York City, Robert received degrees from the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and James Madison University. Until 2020, Robert also studied Mathematics at JMU as a student of the Honors College. In his free time, Robert enjoys baking, coffee, and relaxing with his cat, Olive.

Bang-Shyuan Chen, a Taiwanese pianist, has been featured in prominent concert series such as the Penney Memorial Church Commemorative Programs Series (Penney Farms, FL), the Village Concert Series (Mount Pleasant, SC), the Ilse Newell Concert Series (Apalachicola, FL), Lives of the Piano series hosted by Dr. Lisa Yui (New York), the WQXR webcast series with David Dubal (New York), and the Stars of Tiding series presented by the O-Bank Educational Foundation (Taipei). Most recently, he toured throughout the southeastern United States with the Astralis Ensemble, performed Mozart’s Piano Concerto in A major, K. 488 with the Florida State University Symphony Chamber Orchestra, and appeared at the Living Arts Centre in a widely attended Christmas concert with the Mississauga Festival Choir.
A dedicated educator, Chen has extensive collegiate teaching experience encompassing individual piano lessons, piano literature classes, and group piano classes. He served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Florida State University College of Music and as an Associate Instructor at Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music. His recently published doctoral treatise offers analytical perspectives on the works of living Soviet-era composers Mikhai Kollontay and Valery Arzoumanov, accompanied by performance recordings available on SoundCloud.
Chen received a merit-based scholarship for his Bachelor of Music degree at the Manhattan School of Music, and later earned full-tuition awards and stipends for his graduate studies at Indiana University and Florida State University, where he completed his Master of Music an Doctor of Music degrees, respectively His distinctions include winning the 2024 Doctoral Concerto Competition at Florida Stat University, the 2023 Rockwood Piano Competition, and the 2023 Annual Competitive Festiva for Pianists at Florida State University, as well as receiving an Honorable Mention at the 201 NTD International Piano Competition. He was also a recipient of the Charles & Persi Rockwood Scholarship (2021-2024) and the Tallahassee Music Guild Scholarship (2022).
Chen has studied with distinguished pedagogues including Professor Mikhail Kollontay, Dr Marc Silverman, Dr. Karen Shaw, Distinguished Professor Menahem Pressler, and Dr. Rea Gainsford.
Chen is currently based in the Greater Toronto Area, serving as resident pianist and organist at Eden United Church of Mississauga, Ontario.

Wooyoung Cho was born in June 2000 in Seoul, South Korea. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree at the New England Conservatory under Professor Wha Kyung Byun. She previously earned her Bachelor’s degree from Seoul National University, where she studied with Professor Haeesung Joo, and has also received guidance from distinguished mentors such as Chungmo Kang, Eun Jung Sohn, and Kyung-ah Kim.
In 2025, she was awarded the 1st prize in the HKGNA International Music Competition. She was also selected to advance to the Live Screening Auditions of the Seventeenth Van Cliburn International Piano Competition.
In 2024, Wooyoung reached the quarterfinals of the Leeds International Piano Competition, her first major international competition, placing among the top 24 competitors. That same year, she won the Promising Star Competition at the International Maestro Piano Festival in Taiwan, which led to an invitation to give a recital at UCSI University in Malaysia. In January 2025, she performed Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto No. 3 with the Taipei Symphony Orchestra at one of Taiwan’s most prestigious venues.
Wooyoung began studying piano at age seven and entered formal training as a piano major at twelve. Her musical development took a significant leap in 2016 when she made her debut performing with the Berlin Chamber Music Orchestra at the Berlin Philharmonic Hall. This experience shaped her artistic direction and encouraged her pursuit of an international career. Since then, she has participated in numerous music festivals and workshops worldwide, including the International Maestro Piano Festival, the Edward Auer Workshop, the Amalfi Coast Music Festival, and Poland’s BelEur ICPA.
In Korea, Wooyoung has given two acclaimed solo recitals: the Kumho Young Artist Concert (Kumho Asiana Cultural Foundation Audition) and the Kumho Young Prodigy Concert. Her achievements have also been recognized through prizes in several major national competitions

Iris Wai Tung Choi is currently pursuing her Doctor of Musical Arts degree under the tutelage of Prof. Sean Chen, Dr. Robert Weirich, and Dr. Thomas Rosenkranz at the University of Missouri–Kansas City Conservatory. She earned her Master of Music degree with distinction and her Bachelor of Music degree with first-class honors from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) in 2022 and 2020, respectively.
A native of Hong Kong, Choi began piano studies at the age of five and joined the Junior Music Programme at HKAPA at twelve, where she received professional training with Prof. Gabriel Kwok and Ms. Hui Ling. As a performer, she has appeared in concerts and recitals in various locations, including live performances on Kansas Public Radio, in Kaohsiung, at the “Crescendo” concert in Kansas City, at the Rachmaninoff Festival in Hong Kong, and the Debussy Mini Piano Marathon at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre, as well as other recitals presented by UMKC and HKAPA.
Choi has received numerous awards, including first prize in the HKAPA Piano Concerto Competition and top prizes in the Sixth Asian Youth Music Competition and the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival during her early years. She has also participated in several international music festivals, such as the Borromeo Music Festival, where she studied with Prof. Dang Thai Son.

Aleksandra Czerniecka is a Polish pianist and arts administrator. She is a laureate of piano competitions in her home country and abroad. Most recently she was awarded the First Prize at the Chopin Concerto Competition, during the 3rd Chopin Academy in Vienna.
She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the Chopin University of Music in Warsaw where she studied with Professor Anna Jastrzebska-Quinn and Dr. Monika Quinn. Aleksandra did her Master’s degree at Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music on a Fulbright Scholarship, where she studied with Professor Edward Auer. During that time, she also obtained a Masters in Arts Administration at the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Health. She participated in many festivals and piano masterclasses, including: Bowdoin International Music Festival in Brunswick, Maine; the International Festival and Piano Course in Nałęczów, Poland; the Chamber Music Festival in Moscow, Russia; the International Mendelssohn Academy Leipzig in Leipzig, Germany; as well as the International Piano Forum "Bieszczady Without Borders" in Sanok. She had the pleasure of working with such teachers as Roberto Plano, Pavel Gililov, Douglas Humpherys, Kevin Kenner, Andrzej Jasinski.
At the moment, she is continuing her education as a piano performance doctoral candidate with a collaborative piano cognate, at Texas Christian
University in Fort Worth, TX, in the class of Dr. Tamás Ungár.

Dominic Doutney is a British pianist, based in Chicago. He is currently undertaking his Doctor of Musical Arts at Northwestern University's Bienen School of Music with Professor James Giles, as a recipient of the Eckstein scholarship. He is a graduate of the Royal College of Music, where he studied with Professor Ian Jones, as well as Professors Dmitri Alexeev and Sofya Gulyak. He was the recipient of the Fishmongers' Company Beckwith Scholarship, and at his graduation he was awarded the prestigious Tagore Gold Medal, given to two students annually for outstanding musical contribution to the Royal College. He performed for His Majesty King Charles III (then Prince of Wales) at the prize-giving ceremony.
In May 2024 Dominic received both 1st prize and audience prize at the Washington International Competition. The following September, Dominic placed first in the Professional Artist Category at the Seattle International Piano Competition. Dominic was also recently named a fellow by the Luminarts Cultural Foundation, an honour bestowed on two Chicago-based classical musicians each year. Other international competition prizes include 1st prize at the 25th Mauro Paolo Monopoli International Competition in Barletta, Italy, and the Royal Over-Seas League in London; 3rd prize at the Jaén International Piano Competition and the Clamo International Competition, both in Spain; and 5th prize at the Lyon International Competition. Dominic has made appearances on BBC Radio 3, CNBC and Portugal’s Antena 2.
Concerto appearances include Rachmaninoff’s 2nd concerto with the Avanti Orchestra in Alexandria, Virginia, and the Eastbourne Symphony Orchestra in Sussex, UK; Beethoven’s 3rd concerto with the Soundiff Orchestra in Barletta, Italy; and Brahms 1st concerto with the Málaga Philharmonic, in Jaén, Spain. Dominic has also performed Brahms 1st concerto with the Leipziger-symphonieorchester in the Leipzig Gewandhaus Mendelssohn-Saal, to critical acclaim; Schumann’s Piano Concerto in St John’s Smith Square with the Young Musician’s Symphony Orchestra; Beethoven Piano Concerto No. 5 in November with the Dorset Chamber Orchestra; and Stravinsky’s Concerto for Piano and Wind Instruments with Martyn Brabbins and the Royal College of Music Symphony Orchestra.
In November 2024, Dominic performed a solo recital at the Kennedy Center. Dominic also recently appeared as guest artist in the Wassermann Piano Series at Utah State University. Other recent solo appearances include recitals at the Chopin Academy in Seattle, Lichfield Festival (UK), the Beethoven Piano Society of Europe summer festival, recitals in Lisbon and Caldas da Rainha (Portugal), and a tour of six cities throughout Italy. Dominic has also made appearances at the Leicester International Festival, the Brighton Festival, the Kings Lynn Festival, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (in association with the Royal Over-Seas League), the Cranleigh Arts Centre, the Penrith Music Club, the Bury St. Edmunds concert series, the Sevenoaks Music Club, Hull Chamber Music, the Beaumaris festival, and many other venues round the UK. Other international solo performances include appearances at the Beaujolais music festival (France), Leipzig’s Media Campus Villa Ida, the Obidos masterclass series (Portugal), the Amalfi Coast Music Festival (Italy), the Poros Piano Festival (Greece), the Banff Centre (Alberta, Canada), and in Moscow (at the invitation of the Spivakov Foundation). In London, Dominic has performed at the Bolivar Hall, Cadogan Hall, Wigmore Hall, St Martin-in-the-Fields, the Elgar Room (at the Royal Albert Hall) and at 22 Mansfield Street (for the Nicholas Boas Foundation).
Dominic spent the summer of 2024 as a Fellow at the Bowdoin International Music Festival. In the summer of 2021 Dominic attended the Oxford Piano Festival on the personal invitation of Sir Andras Schiff, having played in a highly publicised masterclass with him at the Royal College of Music in the previous May. Dominic has also been awarded full scholarships to study at Aspen Festival and School and the Banff. Dominic has made appearances on BBC Radio 3 (performing Chopin and discussing the art of virtuosity), CNBC (discussing the experience of participating in a masterclass with Lang Lang), and recently performed an all-Rachmaninoff recital on Portugal’s biggest classical music radio station, Antena 2. Dominic has studied in masterclasses with artists including Stephen Hough, Veda Kaplinsky, Julian Martin, Boris Berman, Hung-Kuan Chen, John Perry and Peter Donohoe.

Andrew Edwards has maintained an active performance schedule as both soloist and collaborative pianist for over a decade. A recipient of many awards and honors, he has been featured as concerto soloist with orchestras including the University of Southern California Thornton Wind Ensemble, Orange County Symphony, and the Southern California Philharmonic, and has performed at several venues including Walt Disney Hall. Having performed many solo recitals throughout the Southern California region, Andrew was an MTAC Young Artist Guild winner, a recipient of the National YoungArts Foundation Merit Award, and a finalist in the 2024 Los Angeles International Liszt Competition. Andrew received his Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance in 2021 and his Master of Music in 2025 from the Thornton School of Music at the University of Southern California, where he studied with Jeffrey Kahane for both degrees. In addition to his solo performances, Andrew is an active chamber music performer as well, having performed many chamber works with a variety of instrumentation. Andrew has also been in high demand as a collaborative pianist for professional musicians, university-level degree recitals, youth music festivals and competitions, and he currently serves as a staff accompanist at California State University, Fullerton. He is currently continuing his studies at USC with Jeffrey Kahane, where he is pursuing his Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Piano Performance.

Hailed for his "subtle, magical, spectacular playing, fascinating altogether" (Diario de Jerez), and for his "powerful playing, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, [...] completely his own" (De Nieuwe Muze), pianist Juan Pedro García Oliva emerges as one of the most prominent young classical musicians in Spain and abroad. He has received numerous awards in national and international piano competitions, and performs regularly as a soloist and in chamber music ensembles.
Among the prizes he has received, he was awarded the 1st prize, audience prize, best performance of chamber music prize, and best performance of Reza Navamar's Ti'afa'a prize at the YPF European Piano Competition - Grand Prix Youri Egorov 2022 in Amsterdam. He also won 2nd prize at the “Silvio Bengalli” competition, held in Pianello Val Tidone (Italy) in 2023.
Juan Pedro made his solo debut at the Kleine Zaal of Concertgebouw in Amsterdam in 2022, with a program that included Beethoven’s ‘Appassionata’, Ravel’s Gaspard de la nuit and Prokofiev’s 6th Sonata. He returned in 2023 to the Concertgebouw for another solo recital, which included Schumann’s Waldszenen, Shostakovich’s Sonata no. 2 and Prokofiev’s 7th Sonata.
Other important venues in which he has performed include Teatro Villamarta (Jerez de la Frontera), Palacio de San Telmo (Sevilla), ADDA Auditorium (Alicante), and Museu do Oriente (Lisbon). He has also been invited to perform at several festivals, among which SIPO (Portugal) and Sipiano (Switzerland). Moreover, he has appeared as soloist with orchestras in venues such as Auditorio Nacional de Música (Madrid) together with Orquesta de Cámara 'Andrés Segovia' under the baton of Víctor Ambroa, and Muziekgebouw (Amsterdam) together with Phion Orkest under the baton of Antony Hermus.
He has attended many masterclasses by renowned musicians such as Pierre-Laurent Aimard, Mikhail Voskresensky, Boris Slutsky, Denis Kozhukhin, Boris Berman, Wei-Yi Yang, Edith Fischer, Aleksandar Madzar, Eugene Indjic, and James Giles, among others.
Juan Pedro is supported by institutions that help him continue his studies abroad, with scholarships offered to him by Ministerio de Educación y Cultura de la Junta de Andalucía, Musici van Morgen, Nationaal Muziekinstrumenten Fonds (NMF), and Jeunesses Musicales Madrid. This last one was handed over to him by the Queen Sofía of Spain.
He is currently studying under Prof. Boris Berman at Yale University. The Yale School of Music has also awarded him the Charles S. Miller Prize and Yale Alumni Association Prize in recognition of his talent. Previously he studied at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, with Prof. Frank van de Laar, and in Jerez de la Frontera, with Prof. Eduardo Rodríguez. He has also been a student at the Accademia del Ridotto in Stradella (Italy).

22-year-old French pianist, Julie Haismann has been noted for her “rich and unusual programs” (Le Dauphiné Libéré) and her “strong résumé of awards and recitals throughout Europe” (France Musique). She is currently an artist-in-residence at the Ingesund Pinao Center, pursuing a Master’s degree with Julia Mustonen-Dahlkvist at Ingesund Musikhögskolan in Sweden.
In 2025, she was a semi-finalist at the Paderewski International Piano Competition, Poland, and received the “Special Prize for promoting the legacy of Ignacy Jan Paderewski, awarded by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Radosław Sikorski, for an outstanding performance of Paderewski’s Sonata in E-flat minor, Op. 21.” In 2024–2025, she received the Grand Prize and two special awards at the Malmö Nordic Piano Competition; the Grand Prize at the Vivace International Competition; and won the concerto competition of the CRR de Paris, leading to a performance of Brahms’s Second Piano Concerto with the conservatory orchestra.
She graduated in piano from the Lyon CNSMD in the class of Laurent Cabasso and Hélène Bouchez; in chamber music from the Paris CNSMD; and in accompaniment, fortepiano, analysis, and harmony from the Paris CRR, as well as in piano from the Perpignan CRR. Her principal piano teachers have also included Knut Jacques, Daumants Liepiņš, Denis Pascal, François-Michel Rignol, David Saudubray, and Aristo Sham.
Julie is regularly invited to festivals and concert series across Europe such as Helsingborg Piano Festival, Les Pianissimes, Glafsfjorden Festival, En blanc et noir, and Clàssica al Prado - as a soloist, chamber musician, and concerto performer. She cultivates a rich and diverse musical activity including collaborations with composers and dancers, writing arrangements for various ensembles, and serving as co-artistic director of the Arcouest Festival and the Classic-Altitude Festival.

Pianist Jaehyun Jeon built his musical foundation at Seoul Arts High School and Seoul National University before graduating with highest honors from the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts under the guidance of Professor Oliver Kern. Currently, supported by DAAD, Yamaha Music Europe, and the Yehudi Menuhin Foundation, he is deepening his artistic insight through the prestigious Konzertexamen program, focusing on German Romantic music.
He has also expanded his musical horizons and expressive abilities by participating in masterclasses with renowned artists such as Leonid Margarius, Victor Rosenbaum, Ian Hobson, Markus Schirmer Jeffrey Cohen, Rudolf Meister and Pascal Roge.
Jaehyun has been recognized for his outstanding talent with awards from international competitions including Campillos, Minerbio, Steinway Förderpreis, and the YMEF Foundation. He continues to perform on distinguished stages such as the Alte Oper in Frankfurt and the Palau de la Música in Barcelona.
Beyond technical mastery, he strives to use music as a warm language of communication. Each of his performances carries genuine emotion aimed at touching the listener’s heart.
Through continuous study and exploration, he weaves moments of life into his music, offering audiences sincere and comforting experiences.

Seonghun Jeong, a pianist from South Korea, began his musical journey at the age of 15 and quickly gained recognition for his expressive performances and insightful interpretations of complex works. His remarkable progress led to features in Voyage Dallas and awards in prestigious competitions, including the Liszt Association Competition in Korea and the Weatherford College Piano Competition. He has performed at distinguished venues such as the Seoul Arts Center, Lotte Concert Hall, and Kumho Art Hall, demonstrating his growing artistry both as a soloist and collaborative pianist. A passionate advocate for chamber music, he has participated in the Meadows Chamber Music Honors Concerts and collaborated with acclaimed pianist Wu Han. In 2023, Seonghun won the SMU Concerto Competition, performing Schumann’s Piano Concerto with the Meadows Symphony Orchestra to great acclaim. He holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Yonsei University, completed his Artist Diploma at the SMU Meadows School of the Arts under Dr. Carol Leone, and is currently pursuing a Master of Music in Piano Performance at the University of Michigan under Dr. Logan Skelton.

DaeHyeon Jung was born in Incheon, South Korea, and began studying piano at the age of seven. After completing the Seoul Arts Center Music Academy program, he continued his studies at Sunhwa Arts School and Sunhwa Arts High School. During this time, he won first prizes in numerous competitions, including the Samick-Seiler, Dong-A Junior, Sungjung, and HDC Youngchang competitions. His exceptional talent earned him admission to the Korea National Institute for Gifted in Arts, where he studied under Joon Kim and Jaehee Kim.
He later entered the Korea National University of Arts, where he is currently studying with Arthur Greene, Hyojoo Lee, and Yoonhee Yang, exploring various musical styles. Additionally, he has performed at many prestigious concert venues both domestically and internationally, including the Lotte Concert Hall, Ehrbar Hall, Samsung The UniverSE Concert Hall, Universal Arts Center, Cheonan Arts Center, and Gyeonggi Arts Center.
He is currently studying under Prof. Arthur Greene at the University of Michigan School of Music.

Noah Keyes is a dynamic and versatile young pianist based in the United States. A prizewinner
in multiple competitions, he has performed extensively as both a soloist and chamber musician
across the U.S. and Europe, appearing in renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall in New York
City and the historic Ehrbar Saal in Vienna.
Noah’s musical training includes studies at Florida State University, the Conservatori Superior de
Música del Liceu in Barcelona, and the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. He is currently
pursuing a Masters degree at Indiana University under the mentorship of Dr. Spencer Myer. His
principal teachers have also included Dr. Read Gainsford, Jean-Louis Haguenauer, Enrique
Bagaría, and Frank Peters. He has also participated in summer programs such as Pianofest in the Hamptons, and Borromeo Summer Music Festival as a collaborative pianist.
In addition to his performing career, Noah is a dedicated pedagogue with a deep commitment to
inspiring and nurturing the next generation of pianists.

Born in 2009, Dayou Kim began piano studies at the age of six and currently studies with Dr. Michael Berkovsky at The Taylor Academy of the Royal Conservatory of Music on a full scholarship. She has appeared as a soloist with the Glenn Gould Orchestra, Orchestra Toronto, Cathedral Bluffs Symphony Orchestra, Royal Conservatory of Music Orchestra, and others. She was featured in The Globe and Mail following her performance of Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 21 with the GGS Faculty Orchestra at Koerner Hall during the celebration of the new Steinway from Hamburg.
Dayou has performed at major festivals, including the Rockport Chamber Music Festival, Toronto Summer Music, and Vaughan International Music Festival. She has also given concerts in Canada, the United States, and Korea, performing both solo recitals and chamber music. She has received top prizes at a number of national and international competitions, most recently the Ralph Votapek International Young Artist Piano Competition, where she received Third Prize and the Audience Favorite Award. She has also been a prizewinner of the Taylor Academy Concerto Competition, the Colburn Piano Seminar Competition, the Vancouver International Music Competition, the Clara Schumann International Competition, and the Osaka International Music Competition.
She has participated with scholarships in the Colburn Piano Seminar, Bowdoin International Music Festival, Chopin Frost Academy and Festival in Miami, and Morningside Music Bridge at the New England Conservatory from 2022 to 2025. At these programs, she performed regularly in masterclasses and student concerts and studied with many distinguished teachers and artists.
Dayou has also participated in masterclasses with Arie Vardi, Wha Kyung Byun, Dang Thai Son, Jean-Yves Thibaudet, Charles Richard-Hamelin, James Anagnoson, Michel Béroff, Kevin Kenner, Anton Nel, Katarzyna Popowa-Zydroń, Krzysztof Jablonski, and others.

Known for her bold musical instinct and striking individuality, pianist Linda Lee brings a vivid sense of expression and deep stylistic understanding to every performance. Her natural phrasing, harmonic sensitivity, and communicative presence make her a compelling artist on both solo and chamber music stages.
Originally from Seoul, South Korea, she began her musical studies at the age of five. She continued her training at Yewon School and Seoul Arts High School, and later earned her bachelor’s degree with honors from Seoul National University, where she studied with Prof.
Aviram Reichert. During her time there, she was fully funded and received the Seoul National University Alumni Association Prize.
She went on to pursue her Master’s degree at the Yale School of Music under Prof. Boris Berman and Prof. Weiyi Yang, supported by a full scholarship. While at Yale, she was awarded the Elizabeth Parisot Prize, presented to a pianist who has demonstrated exceptional artistry. Currently, she is completing her Doctor of Musical Arts at the University of Michigan under the tutelage of Prof. Arthur Greene, where she receives full-tuition fellowships and serves as a graduate student instructor in the piano department.
Linda has received numerous international accolades, including first prizes at the Leoš Janáček International Competition, and second prizes at the Giorgos Thymis Piano Competition. She has also been honored in the International Polish Music Competition and the Kulangsu Piano Competition.
Her performances have taken her to concert halls across South Korea, the United States, Poland, Israel, China, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, Greece, and the Czech Republic. She has appeared as a soloist with the Polish Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra Sopot, Czech Virtuosi Orchestra, Israel Symphony Orchestra Rishon LeZion, Artur Malawski Symphony Orchestra, Xiamen Philharmonic Orchestra, and Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra.
An avid chamber musician, Linda is a member of the Amnis Piano Quartet, which received first prize at the 2024 Yellowsprings Chamber Music Competition and third prize at the 2023 Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition.

Taiwanese pianist Yu-Wei Lee was the first prize winner of the 38th annual Kawai Piano Competition. She was also the recipient of the 2017 Tung-Ho Steel Foundation Artist-in-Residence scholarship, as well as the winner of the inaugural Fazioli: Pianist of the Next Generation award. In addition, Yu-Wei placed third at the 63rd International Grotrian Piano Competition, and in 2020, she earned third prize at the 5th annual Steinway Youth Piano Competition in Taiwan. In 2023, Yu-Wei received the 36th Chi-Mei Arts Award in Taiwan. At school, she was awarded the John Elvin Prize for Outstanding Junior Pianist and won the Oberlin Concerto Competition.
Ever since her first solo recital at the age of ten, Yu-Wei has performed in countries around the world, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, the U.S., Germany, and China. Her performance venues have included the Staatstheater Braunschweig in Germany; the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing; the National Concert Hall in Taipei; Van Cliburn Concert Hall and PepsiCo Recital Hall in Texas; Warner Concert Hall and Finney Chapel in Oberlin, Ohio; and the WUSF Radio Performance Studio in Florida. At age 17, she collaborated with the Taipei Century Symphony Orchestra at the National Concert Hall in Taipei.
Yu-Wei has participated in several prestigious festivals as a young artist, including the Rebecca Penneys Piano Festival, PianoTexas International Festival & Academy, and the Oberlin-Como Piano Festival. Through these experiences, she has had the opportunity to study with renowned pianists such as Michel Béroff, Nikolai Lugansky, Stanislav Ioudenitch, Fabio Bidini, Dang Thai Son, Robert McDonald, and Akiko Ebi. She completed her Bachelor’s degree under Angela Cheng at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree with Fabio Bidini at the Colburn School of Music.

Xiaolong Liu began playing the piano at the age of four and has since been fostering an everlasting passion for music and a belief in it as a unique form of communication.
Actively involved in supporting charitable organizations through his performances, Xiaolong gave a memorable piano recital at the Langham Hotel in Pasadena, CA, in 2018, helping raise significant funds for the Los Angeles Blind Children’s Center.
In May 2022, Xiaolong performed Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No.5 in D Major, BWV 1050 with the Los Angeles Virtuosi Orchestra conducted by Maestro Carlo Ponti.
In May 2023, as a winner of the New Orleans Piano Institute Concerto Competition, Xiaolong debuted with the New Orleans Civic Symphony performing Chopin Concerto No. 1 in E Minor, Op.11.
Recently, in January 2025, Xiaolong gave a solo recital at Salmon Recital Hall at Chapman University as an Alumni Scholarship Recipient from the Music Teachers Association of California, Orange County branch.
Xiaolong is also actively involved in public performances around the Rochester area, presenting several recitals this year such as the Eastman School of Music Piano Series at The Summit and the Washington Square Lunchtime Concert. Most recently, he was invited to the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at RIT to perform Mozart sonatas and participate in a class discussion, including a Q&A session with the audience guided by the course instructor, during which he spoke about performance practice and the differences between the modern piano and the fortepiano.
Xiaolong’s recent prizes and awards include 1st Prizes at the 2025 MIMA Young Artist Competition, 2024 Thousand Islands International Piano Competition for Young People, the 2024 Aloha International Piano Festival & Competition, and the 2022 New Orleans Piano Institute Concerto Competition. He also received 2nd Prizes at the 2022 Los Angeles Liszt International Competition Budapest Category, the 2022 Marian Garcia International Competition, and the 2022 Chicago International Music Competition Concert Artist Category.
Studying under Professor Alan Chow at the Eastman School of Music, Xiaolong graduated with an undergraduate degree in piano performance major and is currently continuing his education for a Master of Music Degree there. He formerly studied under Renaat Beheydt, Galyna Popova, Eduardo Delgado, and Vivian Shiao.

Passionate about connecting audiences to both timeless and new music, Elsie Lu has performed with orchestras including the Bellevue Symphony, Bruensis Virtuosi, Orchestra of MusicFest Perugia, and Philharmonia Northwest, appearing in venues from Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie to Van Cliburn Concert Hall, Queen Elizabeth Playhouse, Seattle Town Hall, and Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center. She has received top prizes in competitions such as the Canimex Canadian Music Competition, Canada West Performing Arts Festival, Steinway Canada Young Artist Competition, 6th NW International Piano Ensemble Competition, 2022 Arthur Fraser International Piano Competition, 2021 Chicago International Music Competition, and 50th SYAMFA concerto competition.
As an advocate for new music, Elsie is committed to performing works by both underrepresented composers and prominent contemporary figures. In 2025, she had the opportunity to work closely with acclaimed composer Meredith Monk in preparing her piano four hands repertoire and a vocal chant, which culminated in a performance at Zankel Hall.
She is currently pursuing her bachelor of music at the Juilliard School under the tutelage of Soyeon Kate Lee, having previously studied with Sasha Starcevich and Rada Bukhman.

Takeshi Nagayasu is a versatile pianist who has been recognized and has won many top prizes in competitions such as the Kosciuszko Foundation, Jacob Flier, Rosamond Haeberle, Borderland Chopin, Nashville Chopin, Texas State Piano Festival Concerto, and the International Robert Schumann Competition in Germany. In 2025, he reached the semifinal round and received a special prize for the best interpretation of Fauré Impromptu at the Concours International Long-Thibaud in Paris. He is a recipient of multiple scholarships including awards from the Feltsman Piano Foundation and the Detroit Federation of Musicians, the Evelyn Bonar Storrs Scholarship from the Musical Club of Hartford, Dominique Weber Scholarship from the Gijon international piano festival, as well as the Clara Wells Fellowship from the American Matthay Association. He has been invited to perform in prominent venues such as Carnegie’s Weill Recital Hall and Town Hall in New York City, and Opéra-Comique in Paris. He has appeared with orchestras including the Seocho Philharmonia in South Korea, Clara Schumann Philharmonic Orchestra in Germany, and Ocean Foundation Festival Orchestra in New York.
Takeshi is also a composer who has studied with Philip Lasser and has written many pieces for piano, ensembles, and chamber orchestra. His music has been performed and premiered in events like Portland International Piano Festival, Michigan Recording Project, and the Gijón International Piano Festival in Spain. As an organist, he has studied with Isaac Lee and Theodore Cheng, and is currently studying with Caroline Robinson. He attained the Colleague Certification from The American Guild of Organists in 2025. Performance highlights include appearance at the Division Street Pipes Concert Series and being hired by Chelsea Chamber Players to collaborate with the Hometown Holiday Concert Orchestra and Choir. He is also studying fortepiano with Matthew Bengtson and carillon with Jenna Hyojin Moon.
Takeshi studied at Juilliard School of Music, Yale School of Music, and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in piano performance at the University of Michigan. His teachers include Logan Skelton, Vladimir Feltsman, José Méndez, Melvin Chen, Boris Berman, Joseph Kalichstein, Matti Raekallio, Antonio Pompa-Baldi, Xiaohe Xie, and Oleg Roschin. He also received full scholarships to study at music festivals such as International Keyboard Institute & Festival and PianoSummer at New Paltz. He has taught both solo piano lessons as well as in the classroom at Yale and the University of Michigan. He was also a teaching artist in the Music in Schools Initiative Program for creative music making classes in New Haven. He has given master classes at California Polytechnic State University and Grand Valley State University as a guest artist. In 2025, he worked as a teaching fellow at the Classical Music Institute 210 Festival in San Antonio. In the same year, he served as a competition judge and taught masterclasses in the Borderland Chopin Festival. He is currently an instructor at Schoolcraft Academy in Michigan.
